[CES 2025] Discover what’s new at Thermaltake

We were delighted to visit the Thermaltake stand at CES 2025. There were lots of new products and the atmosphere was one of hardware passion. The brand’s representatives acted as guides, detailing each product with a great deal of precision and information.

First of all, we were able to admire the extension of the Tower 600 range, mainly in new colours. It has to be said that this chassis is as attractive as ever.

Then we moved on to the Tower 250 range, dedicated to mini-itx-based SFF PCs. The successor to the Tower 200 range, this small-format chassis has the same aesthetic qualities as the Tower 600, with a classic vertical design and octagonal prism shape, but with a focus on cooling performance. It comes with two CT120 fans and supports up to eight 120 mm fans, as well as a 360 mm AIO radiator on the right-hand side. Note that the chassis can use a standard SFX or ATX (optional) power supply. In the latter case, interior space will be considerably reduced.

Finally, the TR100 is an 18.9-litre dual-chamber chassis. The brand defines it as a chassis for travel PCs (watch the video with the case). It offers many features for a mini ITX.

Thermaltake also dives into Simracing

Thermaltake has also been involved in Simracing for some time now, with a chassis already mentioned here. But the brand also took advantage of the show to unveil its G6 direct drive racing wheel bundle. This solution promises force feedback management on a par with the best. The materials are robust and the precision is spot on.

The GM5 motion system is a system of actuators that operate in real time to reproduce the vehicle’s movements. Admittedly, it takes up a bit of space, but if you’re a real fan of simracing, it’s a must-have today.

Along the stand, we also came across other innovations, such as reinvented watercooling kits. The hoses and pumps have ever more stylish designs. We thought that Thermaltake had given up on this, but we discovered a whole new range of connectors for customised watercooling solutions. Waterblocks and pumps complete the range.

We really appreciated the user-friendliness of this visit. But the best surprise came from the products. We’d had the impression recently that the brand was on a slippery slope… But the reality was quite different, proving that it can still surprise after so many years on the market.

Finally, we can’t resist showing you some of the ‘modding’ offered by the brand, with some classic models as well as 2 submerged constructions that obviously aroused everyone’s curiosity.
