Once again, it’s thanks to our colleagues at Videocardz, after examining the latest video from Paul’s Hardware, that we discover the full range of future RX 9070 XTs from the PowerColor brand. We already knew that a new series would be appearing, the Reaper, and the video confirms it. So there are three cards on show at CES on the PowerColor stand. Let’s start with the RX 9070 XT Reaper model, which has a black casing and three fans of the same colour. The card will occupy two slots in your PC, this would seem to confirm that this Reaper series is either intended for SFF(Small Form Factor) PCs or is an entry-level series.
The second card is part of the Hellhound series, has 16GB of memory and is said to be an RX 9070. As a reminder, we know from AMD’s slides that four models will be launched, the RX 9070 and RX 9070 XT as well as the RX 9060 and RX 9060 XT. These first two boards feature two 8-pin power connectors.
Finally, the Red Devil model is equipped with three 8-pin power connectors, as on the previous generation PowerColor RX 7900 XTX Red Devil. This model appears to be the top-of-the-range version from PowerColor. The central photo shows the logo teased by PowerColor on X.
And let’s give credit where credit is due, to Paul’s Hardware video.
